A wonderful experience

I recently had the pleasure of attending an outdoor retreat in glendalough with croga comforts and it was an absolute delight from start to finish The serene natural surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating experience Saoirse had thoughtfully planned every detail from the wonderful hiking route to the well-prepared cacao ceremony that kept us energised and connected for our outdoor adventure The guided hike was not only informative but also allowed us to connect with the beauty of nature in a meaningful way What truly stood out was how friendly and knowledgeable Saoirse was who made sure myself my mum and sister felt welcomed and safe throughout the retreat The camaraderie with fellow attendees added to the sense of community and made the whole experience even more enjoyable Saoirse also treated my mum to a surprise gift of goodies from her store as it was her birthday the following day It was so thoughtful and touching I left the retreat feeling refreshed reconnected with nature and inspired to continue exploring the great outdoors I highly recommend a croga comforts outdoor retreat to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation adventure and natural beauty It s an experience that will leave you with lasting memories and a renewed appreciation for the outdoors

These events are the definition of self care and joy

I had the most magical morning at the Glow in Glendalough event over the weekend The morning was filled with moments of pure joy and bliss as we were guided on a mindful walk taking time to take in the breathtaking landscape around us This was followed by a lovely Cacao Ceremony and meditation immersed in nature Saoirse is such a wonderful calming soul I would highly recommend these events treat yourself to a morning of bliss

I had the pleasure of joining Saoirse for the sunrise hike last Sunday morning I cannot recommend these events highly enough Saoirse is so great at creating a lovely welcoming atmosphere and really keeping such a relaxed chilled vibe the whole way through the event Saoirse is so friendly and creates such a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel so comfortable even if coming on your own I always feel so much better in myself after doing one of Saoirse s events they are good vibes good people and creates such a good feeling that carries on throughout the day next few days The cacao medidation circles are such a lovely touch it was my first time trying it and now I m hooked Thanks so much for these gorgeous events Saoirse

Uplifting and relaxing wellness events

I am so happy to have crossed paths with Croga Comforts from reading their wellness and uplifting posts on Instagram to finding events that suit me but also challenge me in a good way I attended my first Croga Comforts event last weekend for Glow in Glendalough and all I can say was that it was such a magical experience for me from not only getting a hike in but getting to stop and really take in every part of the beauty of the nature around us from amazing views relaxing sounds fresh smells touching nature and I would even say tasting nature first hand with the nutritiously tasty cacao ceremony We even had a bit of nature education thrown in too which was very different to your standard hike and very informative Saoirse is such a friendly person and really helps you relax both during the hike and yoga session I cannot wait for the next event

Amazing experience

First yoga class ever so was so nervous and apprehensive but the atmosphere was lovely instructor was so professional friendly and really put me at ease I felt great this morning so relaxed and felt so much better about myself hard to explain but cant wait for my next class
