We purchased a new build house just over five years ago and wanted to replace a part instead of purchasing a full new item I contacted Crosswater initially asking if they could help me with an exact identification code for a spare part I sent various photos as requested After a few days I was contacted by Junior at customer service at bathroombrands com Junior was extremely helpfully and after a couple of communication emails he totally resolved my issue The level of customer service I received was really excellent and beyond expectations Thank you Junior You deserve this 5 star review

I recently contacted Crosswaters technical department to ask for their help in identifying a cartridge for a shower valve over 12 years old Jack McDonnell was extremely helpful responded really quickly and both identified the valve and a link to purchase it Overall excellence experience and it s nice to see a company that is focused on delivering great customer service

I purchased the Crosswater Fusion Shower Diverter With Handset Kit And Fixed Head over a year ago and have been very happy with it Unfortunately the deluge head split in the middle and speaking to Helen at customer service was excellent She asked me to email in the proof of purchase and within two days I received a replacement part - Excellent service Thank you very much

I emailed customer services looking for parts and a lady called Grace responded almost immediately She sent a diagram to identify the component and clearly had great knowledge of the product The issue was dealt with swiftly respectfully and kindly and this really is exceptional I ll be buying from these folks again

Excellent Aftersales service received by Dan We had a client approach us to make a warranty claim on their Clearwater bath 9 years after taking delivery of this Despite the retailer no longer being in business that they purchased this from and with only a few pieces of paperwork relating to the purchase Dan swiftly dealt with this clients issue and organised replacement under their 10 year guarantee If i could give a rating higher than the 5 stars i would Well Done
