This company is an absolute scam My son saved up and bought a coat in late November last year Over 4 months later no coat We have tried to contact them via their email address and over insta many times and been totally ignored Have taken his money and ran with it Avoid at all costs

Don t buy from Cross and Crown

First you have to email and send a picture of the item you want to return just to beg for return instructions Then when they finally respond they tell you that since they would have to be sent out of the country to return the fees for return would be huge And you still don t get return info Of course nothing like this is disclosed in their online return policy Will donate costly items and never buy from this company again Buyer beware

Having a christian name doesn t cut it

I had a very disappointing experience with them Before placing my order they were extremely responsive and communicative which gave me confidence in their service However after purchasing a pair of pants that didn t fit it has been nearly impossible to get a response regarding my refund I ve reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored Their lack of follow-through and customer service after the sale is unacceptable I would not recommend this brand to others based on this experience
