Quality Furniture - Great Customer Service

Please don t be put off by other reviews We too ordered a mirrored sideboard from Crown French back in November last year and were due to have it delivered prior to Christmas It was of course disappointing to hear that the previous company had entered into liquidation but we were kept informed of our options and decided to wait for the new company to get onboard I contacted Crown French on a number of occasions and they kept me informed of where they were in the takeover process and when to expect my furniture The furniture arrived yesterday on time with the logistics company keeping me informed with calls and emails throughout The quality of the sideboard is excellent and given it was mirrored not a scratch with ample packaging The team at Crown French have been so helpful and the quality and range of their products fantastic I would definitely order from them again

Excellent products and outstanding customer service

I have recently purchased and had delivered a display unit for my new property in the Scottish Highlands It was quite expensive but I had not seen anything as lovely on other sites so after enquiring about the product and particularly testing delivery requirements I was happy to place my order The service I received from Kirsty was first class and she dealt with all my queries and delivery requirements I am so pleased with the product and service that I have placed another order for a classic french bed again I have nt seen anything as nice on any other sites I Highly recommend this company for its quality products and excellent customer service

I ordered a custom made super king headboard and whilst it took a long time from ordering to arriving 5 months for various reasons they were good at communicating and the result was exactly as I wanted Very happy customer

Ordered my daughter a Sophia bed absolutely beautiful I love it so much I m going to order a super king size one for me The delivery man was fantastic and even put the bed up for me and very quickly I may add Highly recommend
