I recently received exceptional service from Natalie Knight who is friendly and very helpful Natalie assisted us for creating an online account setting up all the payments to be taken by direct debit and everything that we needed was sorted so quickly Her professionalism and helpfulness made us more convenient in dealing with Crown Gas not only with this experience but also in previous occasions too

I submitted a Contact Us query at about 02 00am and received a phone call at 09 30 from Mohammed a Crown Credit Controller who was very polite friendly and efficient He provided an answer to my question immediately and then talked me through the on-line system to ensure that my problem was resolved
