Purchased a 4x3 metre Nova Halo pergola

Purchased a 4x3 metre Nova Halo pergola in November As I was waiting for patio to be laid they agreed to store in the warehouse As promised they delivered within 2 weeks once I notified date of patio completion Unlike many other suppliers of this pergola they offered a full installation and patio fitting service even to porcelain at a reasonable extra cost The fitting team of Maciek Marvin and Radek were very courteous and professional and have me a full run down around operating and caring for the pergola which looks great There was an issue with an old type light transformer failing but this was quickly solved

Fantastic service from start to finish Kim was lovely sending a video of the fire pit table I ordered Jim rang to arrange delivery and Natalie and Radek were just delightful when delivering and assembling our furniture So friendly and attentive removing all packaging from my premises and spending time showing me how it all worked Would thoroughly recommend this company Thank you to all

Garden storage box

After years of use our existing garden cushion storage box had fallen apart We looked online in vain Boxes were available but with 2 and 3 month delivery times and ridiculous prices We visited Crownhill Thank goodness W were helped by Kim She was very approachable gave us all the information needed to choose which box we needed and told us about the delivery process Boxes were available in exactly the right size and delivered in two weeks by the amazing Radek and Marcin who were ultra polite asembled the box super quickly for a tiny extra charge and cleaned up before and after them Amazing And the box is absolutely perfect too

We went for a 9 seater rattan garden furniture set which seems good quality and should hopefully last a good few years Delivered within the week and for an extra 40 they construct in your garden which saved me a Sunday afternoon of effing and blindin Very happy customer
