Disrespectful and disgusting
Disrespectful and disgusting Croxdale Motor Group My father purchased a Citroen C5 in December 2019 from your garage through Mobility and has decided to keep the car for another 3 years rather than replace due to the fact that he is use to it and he has been unwell In February this year my father was rushed to hospital where he stayed for 3 weeks due to heart failure Thankfully he has recovered enough to be enjoying life and one of his passions driving My father is 82 years old and a proper gentleman I called to see him and he was very upset and angry due to your disgusting and disrespectful behaviour towards him Unfortunately he stopped at your garage for some help and support relating to a dashboard light that had appeared A member of your team was extremely rude and unprofessional with my father He obviously could not be bothered with such a menial task even though he was there doing nothing and ready to help The way he spoke to my father and interacted was nothing short of disgusting- he basically made him feel useless and incompetent for trying to get help My father became very frustrated and anxious due to the fact that the employee had humiliated him which made my father have a panic attack as he was that wound up My father was handed a piece of paper and basically told to jog on and call it You advertise this Customer service is the prime concern at our dealership so you can be confident that the Motability team will handle any requirements with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity I strongly recommend that you revisit training on proper customer care and compassion One day you will have an elderly relation who needs a bit more support than the average person I hope they never encounter such customer service from any other human being Sadly Lynn Watson Daughter

Awful experience
Awful experience from pick up to finally selling it on Claim they carry out a 100 checks but used the car I purchased had a significant number of faults from the collision detection malfunction stop start not working flaked paint on the roof torn carpet damaged windscreen wiper all these faults from day one missed by their 100 checks prior to selling a vehicle In addition when I went to collect the car there was several deep scratches found on the front wing driver s side funny that no one from the sales team noticed it and they would have quite happily let me drive off with the damage then claimed it was me Granted it was repaired but I seriously should have walked away In the 9 months I had the vehicle it was in the workshop for nearly 3 weeks while most of the issues were rectified the way they made me feel when I took the vehicle in was uncomfortable While the faults over a 9 month period we re sorted the experience was not good from a customer perspective and when I put my car in for a service with another issue I was fobbed off with that it wasn t covered by the warranty and it would cost over 350 I will never return as a customer and absolutely wouldn t recommend to anyone definitely the worst experience purchasing a car I have ever had and believe me I have had a few cars

Do not pay for the car reservation because you will not get the money back
On September 11 I paid for the reservation of a car On the same day I found another car and requested the cancellation of the reservation and a refund of the amount paid It is September 22nd and I still haven t received the money back even though I contacted the agent almost every day and asked him to make the refund and I also called the office I received confirmation from both sides that the refund will be made but I m still waiting After all even though I made a secure payment they requested my bank details to be able to make the payment It seems very strange to me that they are asking for my bank details when they only had to make a refund for an amount paid by me through a secure payment system This makes me think and I wonder how safe is their payment system This morning I sent another e-mail to S B the agent with whom I talked and informed him that I am waiting for my money to be returned because the amount was a payment for a service not a loan And now his only answer is that he will follow up on the payment for me It s been 11 days and I m still waiting for the money

Better look around if you can
Very bad experience with these MG guys from the beginning until the end I have paid a reservation fee the 19th of June 2024 and today 11th of July 2024 I did not get refunded yet Have done few reservations and every car dealer refunded straight away these guys are doing the things tooooooo complicate I had to report it to my bank If you can have a look around more than recommended Very unhappy they will reply here with excuses but what is true is that I do not have my money yet and they have been reported to my bank

Dangerous lack of customer service or care
Where to start Ordered a new MG through my lease company sales man was wonderful but the car was faulty customer service is none existent took it in twice and they did nothing at all just said nothing wrong with the car and if I wanted them to I had to record the faults - which were many I provided a months worth of photos and videos they still did nothing Things got so bad the car just started losing power whilst driving down motorways the tried to refuse to take it in RAC said hundreds of fault codes and deemed it dangerous they still tried to refuse to take it Eventually after 7 months of driving in very dangerous conditions the lease company forced them to take it back for good Recommend anyone to avoid at all costs

VERY POOR SERVICE
I BOUGHT THE CAR IN FEB 2024 AND WITHIN 2 HOURS ENGINE MANAGEMENT AND TPMS WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON OVER NEXT 6 MONTHS CAR RETURNED TO CROXDALE NO LESS THAN 8 TIMES FOR REPAIRS INCLUDING EXHAUST GAS RECIRC FILTER VALVE TPMS SENSOR AFTER ALOT OF NEEDLESS DISCUSSION BOTH FRONT SUSPENSION SPRINGS REPLACED AND ONE SUSPENSION ARM STOP START SYSTEM FAULT POWERFOLD DOOR MIRRORS NOT FOLDING OPENING FULLY THEN IN JULY I PUT THE CAR IN FOR A SERVICE WITH CROXDALE IT NEEDED TWO NEW FRONT TYRES WHICH GIVEN THE PROBLEM IT HAD WITH THE TPMS I ASKED THEM TO DO WHEN CAR CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY THE TPMS WARNING LIGHT CAME ON FOR THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE WHEN I WENT TO INFLATE THE TYRE NOTICE THE DUST CAP WAS MISSING SMALL THING BUT STILL SHOWED THE GENERAL LEVEL OF SERVICE MONITORED THE TYRE PRESSURE FOR A WEEK AND WAS LOSING APPROX 5PKA EVERY TWO DAYS WHEN I TOOK IT BACK TO CROXDALE THEY SAID IT WAS THE TPMS VALVE AND NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THEY HAD ALREADY REPLACED ONE UNDER WARRANTY TOLD THEM I WAS NOT HAPPY AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACKT TO ME TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NOTHING IN 40 YEARS OF DRIVING I VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING AS BAD AS THIS A CAR SOLD WITH SO MANY FAULTS I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT THE TPMS FAULT I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER GARAGE TO REPAIR TOLD THEM I D LEFT THE LOCKING WHEEL NUT ON THE PASSENGER SEAT THE MECHANIC POINTED OUT THEY DIDN T NEED IT AS THERE WAS NO LOCKING NUT ON THAT WHEEL- CROXDALE DO YOU KNOW WHY IT WAS MISSING MY FEELINGS ARE THAT THE CAR COULD NEVER HAVE HAD A THOROUGH PRE-SALE INSPECTION AND WAS SOLD TO ME IN AN UNROADWORTHY CONDITION I WAS PATIENT WITH CROXDALE UP UNTIL THE CAR SERVICE BUT CONSIDERING HOW MUCH IT COST AND THE CONDITION THE CAR CAME BACK TO ME THATS GONE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM
