DISCUSTING ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GET NO RESPONSE BACKIf you want to throw your money away then order from this website we tried to contact them to organise an exchange on a Christmas present for our teenager daughter and despite contacting them several times they haven t RESPONDED The quality was worse than Primark BUT COST US 176 Euros As per the other reviews absolutely scam company and I wished I had read the reviews below AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wrong item sent and now wont reply to emails

Ordered a top at 3 weeks ago and they sent the wrong item The then took 5 days to send me an email with the return process on it which stated once activated the return I would have 14 days to return it or it would not be accepted The top I had ordered was for a 2 week holiday that I was going on I thought I would wait a few days before activating the return so I was able to get it sent back within the 14 days When I went on to activate the return it now said it had expired and was unable to return I have sent multiple emails to the company and not received any correspondence back Now I m stuck with a top that I do not want I get the no returns policy if you send the correct items but not if your incompetent to send what people order

Ordered a hat and t shirt never got the t shirt and refuse to refund First time ordering with them and been scammed The box they sent the hat in wasnt even big enough for a t shirt to fit in aswell as the hat

So far appalling Order confirmed on UK website but no confirmation email Called the UK number on the website 07597 689236 it doesn t work Emailed the UK email address on the website adminatcorteizofficial uk it doesn t work Filled in the contact web form no acknowledgement response I think the UK authorities Trading Standards should investigate asap This feels like a complete rip off

Have emailed the company to see what is going on with my order as just says processing no response Very pricey stuff and can t get orders out in a good time as far as I m concerned with world we live in they should be able to dispatch orders with in a few days a week later not even showing dispatched

It s a scam Don t buy from this company Read all the reviews- many people have had the same issue We paid 176 no email response no clothes dispatched no phone number to call Saw another 28 complaints Might be cool to be streetwear but owner-creator doesn t police whose selling buying on his name of which there are various dodgy variations of the spelling all seem to lead back to the owner and his company He should be in prison for fraud or else he has a duty to police these websites with their brand name better Has made no attempt on 6 months to return money Have reported to the police but they do nothing about it

Ordered on the 21 05 no confirmation email gave the order time but then decided I should have got something back by now sent 2 messages-no reply emailed- no such email called - no such number I have reported it to PayPal as not received My son paid 167 00 for a tracksuit son keeps telling me it s a massive company Also when I try to sign in with my email and password it says it s wrong so I press forgot password and I get no email to change it it s as if I don t exist I don t know if I have been deleted Absolutely shocking company

Bought a tshirt size S and it s made absolutely tiny like child size tbh i m an xs so i did size up and when i received the item omg the shock lol it s ridiculosly tiny emailed customer service to ask if maybe the wrong size label was stitched on the garment Their reply was so rude and when trying to go check the website website is closed Won t buy another item ever again Oh P S Quality is absolutely crap too like tshirt u buy in a market
