Very easy process I was able to easily see what my options were for new storage for my laptop and pick the best one Delivery was quick Installation was pretty easy Only needed the small hammer So far the new drive is working great I do a lot of video and since my laptop can hold 2 drives I ll be ordering another one to double my storage Much more convenient than using a bunch of external drives

My initial experience was lousy but after calling for support it was discovered that I needed to upload a new BIOS Perhaps there should be a troubleshooting checklist sent with the receipt

I installed my Crucial ram today in about ten minutes It could have been done quicker but I wanted to be careful and I also had to replace a few missing screws in my laptop I fired up the laptop and it started flawlessly with the ram integrating without further input from me The result is a matter of night and day All my programs are working as they should instead of the endless waiting for them to open I should have made this upgrade long ago Anyone who is having trouble streaming or gaming due to suspected insufficient ram should make this upgrade Hands down it couldn t work better now This upgrade was on an older Lenovo Windows 10 laptop Crucial s website was spot on about the possibility of an upgrade and gave excellent options
