I called Cruise1st after watching the tv channel for years and knowing my son had an excellent holiday with them in the past I spoke to the wonderful Mary Isaac on an extremely complex holiday adventure for my elderly parents We proceeded to chat via email including evenings and weekends I sometimes wonder if Mary has 24 7 access to her emails Long story short over the following nine months we have booked a 25-night adventure which concludes with a Royal Caribbean cruise two cities in Crete Istanbul Rome It also includes five flights including a quick stopover Mary has continued to guide me throughout and has shown incredible patience when I made mistakes such as not logging into the airline portals to register passport details correctly A 5-star service I ll be highly recommending and hope to be back myself Thank you Mary Xx

Incredible service from Farah and Martin

The service I ve received from Cruise1st so far has been amazing I made an inquiry online about a Virgin Voyages cruise purely out of curiosity and with no real intention of booking however after exchanging a couple of emails and then having a couple of conversations with Farah I had decided to book not just one but 2 cruises with them I ve been what I would consider to be an awkward customer applying tricky promotions and making changes to my bookings but nothing was too much trouble for them This is particularly refreshing having recently booked a trip with Destination2 who genuinely couldn t care less the minute they had taken my deposit Farah even kept in touch with me when she was on holiday herself and in her absence my bookings were handled by Martin who was equally fabulous patient and pulled out all the stops to make sure I got everything I wanted from my now 3 booked cruises On top of all this they got me a great deal To say I m thrilled would be an understatement and I will certainly be recommending Cruise1st and booking with them again
