Unacceptable Payment Issues with Cruisewinkel
I recently booked a cruise with Cruisewinkel and intended to pay using my American Express AMEX card to enjoy its benefits especially the ones regarding travel insurance However the payment link for AMEX didn t work Despite reaching out multiple times they insisted I pay via Visa MasterCard or iDeal instead They blamed AMEX for the issue but I was able to use my AMEX card elsewhere without any problems Their proposed solution was for me to pay through another method and later refund me so I could pay again with AMEX an inconvenient and impractical option for such a large amount around 11000 while they also said that they didn t know when or if their payment problem will ever be resolved Their lack of urgency in resolving the payment issue and poor communication have left me in an overdue situation through no fault of my own I find this unacceptable and caution others to be aware of potential payment hassles with Cruisewinkel
