Do not waste your money and time - No return No complain
Wasted time and money on the shop which does not about the provided service Wrong lens is fitted to the old glasses and it is confirm with 2 different stores Glasses is sent back to be fixed The complain is rejected Not kidding at all

Wrong lenses fitted steer clear of this company
Wrong lenses fitted as confirmed by an optician single vision not varifocals The problem was totally ignored they tried claiming I had supplied the wrong PD sent me a copy of the prescription supposedly proving this only problem being it was my husbands prescription From then on just the usual e mails stating company policy - send them back at youir own expense so that they can evaluate the situation I told them I wouldn t do that as had no faith in them and asked for the MD contact details but just a generic reply Ridiculous situation as all I asked for was a refund for the difference in lenses is it really worth all their time and effort for 70

Sent prescription kid glasses with scratched lens When I returned them and asked for refund they did not want to provide a full refund only refund for the frame or lens replacement I went with replacement Result fail After a few weeks both lenses had multiple scratches Note these were their highest priced lenses supposedly scratch resistant My kid has another pair of actually scratch resistant lenses for more than a year not a scratch on those but are getting small for the growing face In summary keep away

Wrong lenses lippy customer service
Horrible experience all around Bought corrective glasses received a cheap frame with ENORMOUSLY thick plastic lenses Looked like something that came out of an eighth-grade physics project Much worse they also completely ignored my prescription and sent the wrong lenses wrong to a degree that even wearing them for ten seconds made me nauseous I contacted customer service with photos of the lens sleeves They wanted me to fill in an exorbitant amount of paperwork and send back the glasses at my own expense which would have cost at least 15 with no guarantee of reimbursement of the original cost or the return shipping I told them that was unacceptable and asked them to offer another solution They didn t respond for three weeks then their rep named Dijana suddenly wrote back and very rudely I counteroffered that I could send the lenses themselves in a padded envelope She didn t even respond to the offer but INSTANTLY wrote an angry bunch of inapplicable pseudo-jargon back Zero interest in actually resolving anything plus offending customers Just abysmal I am getting the sense that returns are made extra difficult in order to wear customers down I am not optimistic sending back the glasses would have made any difference especially reading the other reviews I for my part decided to accept the sunk cost and not engage any further I just wish I could have saved the money in the first place Definitely DON T recommend

First class service from start to finish I have just received my prescription sunglasses this is the third pair of glasses I have ordered from Crulle and once again they are perfect Customer service was so helpful when I ordered my first pair two years ago even checking my prescription very friendly and knowledgeable I wouldn t want to use anyone else I have recommended them to friends who are also incredibly impressed Delivery is tracked so you can see exactly where they are
