Miners shut down and withdrawl blocked
All my miners were shutdown since November 2022 I m not even able to withdraw mined bitcoins to my wallet pending authorization 6 months now Their Support are buying time and not helping at all Complaint logged with CAFC Fraud and Cyber-crime I will also engage my lawyer for this

Maybe a SCAM
I requested a withdrawal almost 5 months ago and am still pending the funds transfer to my account At first they said They were having a little backlog and should be processed soon Then they just stop answering It s at least frustrating the lack of attention and support IF it s not a scam

I ve requested a withdrawal back on May 5th 2023 And today Nov 29th I still see my transaction as PENDING At first they were replying stating they were having a little backlog and after this they just stopped answering My money was NEVER transferred and I feel ROBBED DON T TRUST THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER

You cannot withdraw funds- been pending for months and now they have diminished the my mining rate from 200 per month to 70 in less then 2 months and it is still decreasing Wish they just authorise my withdrawals then I m gone Dies any one know in which jurisdiction they operate from so that the authorities can be informed It seems that they clearly do not have the funds to payout what is due
