Ive used CoinLedger for a few years now during tax season and haven t been disappointed Used other services and havent been nearly as satisfied with their crypto tax software This past time I had an issue but it was quickly resolved by Linda Benjamin I ll be back next year Thank yall

It took a couple of days to get my questions answered but everyone was respectful and helpful Asking me questions When the first Customer Service Rep was not sure she asked another Rep to step in and help It took a little clarification on my part but an answer was finally provided that satisfied my concerns

Easy platform to use in a challenging digital world

First off I cant say enough positive accolades about Seraphim the gentleman helping me Navigating crypto can be very challenging and even more so with taxes I had several issues that just werent adding up and with his patience and help we were able to make everything perfect I couldnt have asked for a better guy to deal with Made me worry a whole lot less about tax season

I used coinledger for the first time today Initially navigating the app was a challenge I am not tech savvy I reached out to customer service I got an immediate response from Sara Her communication was precise and easy to follow I had my tax report done in just a few quick steps Thank you Sara I look forward to using coinledger every tax filing season

CoinLedger was a great experience the software is nice It can get overwhelming but the support team is super helping Seraphim helped me out a ton with issues or questions I ve had about the site Trustworthy and reliable
