January Ski Holiday to Austria
The whole process from using the website to find a holiday booking the holiday making amedments was really very easy and when I had to contact the team to make a change a few days before the holiday everything was sorted very quickly The travel arrangements both for departure and return were really very smooth and the rep in the resort although not required we knew was available if needed a perfect holiday experience

Excellent service
Excellent service throughout shame about Hotel but not Crystal fault on that August the rep knew his job was friendly and professional throughout my stay Only fault was that return transfer details did not show up on Crystal Ski App I would recommend them

Communication and organisation were good from the meet n greet at Innsbruck airport to the organisation of the coach back to Innsbruck at the end of our holiday The accommodation was as described and the skiing excellent Full marks to Crystal

Bardonecchia holiday
A brilliant holiday good location great hotel and staff ski lifts just across the road and can ski back almost into the hotel we will be going there again in the future Bardonechia is a very good resort plenty of skiing for all levels thanks

Everything about Crystal is good everything catered for all in one package The only downside is some hotels that do buffet evening meals is not particularly good food neither quality or taste

From start to finish communication was superb No rep in resort but Lotta phoned me at least four times to check all arrangements were sorted She was fantastic All the crystal reps were great Have no complaints

Great Experience
Great Online service All documentation received via email Pila in Italy is a gem of a resort Quiet during the week busier with locals at weekends Not for anyone that wants to party or Apres Ski Only a few shops and restuarants around but when you are full board that is not a problem Would definitely recommend Pila and Crystal Ski
