Lost Luggage No Worries Crystal Ski Steps Up When It Matters Most

My wife and I have been travelling with Crystal ski for many years We have thankful never needed any assistance over the years but when we did they were very helpful I travelled with my wife and daughters 10 and 13 years of age to Val di Fassa over Christmas with Crystal Ski and the flight was with Aer Lingus Unfortunately our ski bag and boot bag did not arrive and faced with the unexpected turn of events over a Christmas period our Crystal reps stepped in and reassured us they would look after us They took care of arranging the hire of skis and boots kept in contact about the missing items This allowed us to get on with enjoying our family holiday The change in weather from home of cold wet grey weather to blue sky s and the breathtaking natural scenery of the Sella Ronda lifted the whole family s spirits Our ski bag and boot bag were thankful collected from the airport on our departure and one again Crystal reps stepped in and help with this

A week in Madonna di Campiglio

The description of the resort was accurate particularly useful as one of us doesn t ski Madonna di Campiglio has nice shops a good choice of restaurants and several gondola lifts giving skiers and non skiers access to the many beautiful views Snowshoeing and winter walking routes are available The local rep kept us informed of optional events and return travel arrangements The ski area has extensive snow-making and skiing down into the resort was possible on every run in spite of the spring conditions with easy and less easy options from every gondola

Staff very helpful starting from Travel Agents in IK to representatives at the resort Great value for money and an extremely friendly hotel Food and accommodation excellent Posta Hotel at Sella Val Gardena

Booking went well and easy However I still haven t received a receipt or confirmation of the trip I was able to contact one member of Crystal who did give me confirmation that I was booked Super quick response from them for all my questions

From my searches online Crystal offered the best price available at the time of my booking With added discount code at the time which worked well Easy to navigate and clear information on holiday package

Comfortable punctual flight easy to find bus and quick transfer to resort Manaka residences are very comfortable and right on the slopes Pick up and transfer back also very good Crystal app was useful

I book with Crystal every time and have never had a problem From the original booking 2 for 1 lift pass offer money off voucher value for money compared to other companies rally good TUI flights plane staff always good shame about the airport side who almost always let you down some how but non of that is Crystal or TUI I also added to my booking later on without issue Transfers on time and comfortable Hotel was clean comfortable good breakfast and great location everything we needed really Rep present in the hotel each morning but we did not need them Will use them again next year
