Horrible customer service Does not refund returns are a HASSLE

Ordered and delivery took awhile to come as it s coming from China Refund process was a big pain they tried to negotiate with me about 3x offering discounts they are slow to reply After finally getting the return label which I have have to pay for return shipping they gave me an address to return to and for a month I have not received my refund I contacted customer service still no reply at this point if I don t hear back after another month I m going to report them and get my refund from PayPal

No refund received no communication silence

The items I ordered were fine good quality but they were too big I tried to organise an exchange Nothing happened I finally got a return address in Victoria from the support email and decided to get refund as communication was hard work I returned the items tracking advised items delivered weeks ago and no refund nothing I m now going to contact my bank to recoup the money as Crz have my money and items

Fix your customer service

If I could give this company no stars I would After placing an order on their website I waited almost 2 weeks for it to dispatch Once it finally dispatched the carrier couldn t deliver the parcel to my property for some unknown reason I have sent countless emails to the company asking for help I spent almost 60 on clothing which I haven t received and now they just ignore my emails The last email I received told me it was my problem and I would have to speak to the carrier which I have done and who are returning the parcel to the seller They refuse to take ownership when something goes wrong clearly just want your money and don t really care about their customers Don t bother ladies

So disappointing I ordered some of Amazon and loved them so ordered directly with the company and the sizes are so different Such a left down and can t return them

Delivery is the worst I ve experienced Very disappointing

I have bought CRZ Yoga leggings from their Amazon Storefront previously which were delivered quickly However ordering from the website is a whole other story I ordered two pairs of shorts and one sports bra That was 21 days ago Delivery is supposed to take between 7-10 working days And still no movement on the order tracking page I will definitely be looking for a refund if my package doesn t arrive this week AVOID ordering directly from their website Amazon is definitely safer

Awful experience

I never usually write reviews but this company made me so angry They have the most absurd returns process in the world If you are not 1000 sure you want the product do not purchase from here You have to battle at every stage - it takes about 5 emails to get to being given the address to return to You will be offered a series of ridiculous deals before they will finally let you do what you wanted Then if you do finally manage to do the return NB they offer no help with labels etc and make sure you keep the receipt you will have to chase them to action it and pay you The whole process is completely ridiculous and just trying to not pay you back for your purchase

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever I have bought 4 items 2 out of them fit me other 2 were not the best quality weird sizing They have no online return system so I had to email them with a request And then they try to sell you more stuff and keep offering options in order not to proceed after 4 emails back and forth they said I have to arrange my own return which I did I emailed them tracking no of Evri but they are still not happy and want post office address date and time its been posted Nightmare Such a shit service

Their return policy is a lie

After 2 initially good experiences I spent big with them with multiple yoga pants order I ordered my size but they shipped one size too big When asked about returns they admitted no fault for their error and refused to discuss returns I am stuck with yoga pants that are too big for me and useless because they roll down Utterly useless I will not shop with them again
