Awful service from the branch employees
The bank employees at the agency are poorly informed and do not know how to communicate in English On two occasions the same bank employee made a mistake both with the insurance for my apartment and with the insurance for my dog The first time she put the wrong address so I am the entire year without a insurance I paid for and the second time even though I had paid for the insurance for my dog the insurance was not processed I was informed of the mistake months later I think this has been my worst experience with a bank
