Purchased an Epilog engraver a few months ago and have also purchased a few materials from CSI as well The customer service is excellent they are just a phone call or email away and nothing is to much trouble The only fault I have with CSI is that there are no prices online for their engraving materials and supplies You still have to look up item codes on a printout and then ring in to order materials However when you do ring you get their excellent customer services Please add your prices to your website and then your service will be perfect

A Brilliant experience is all I can say The company and the staff are fantastic My Sales Rep Marc Hardy was really good informative with an excellent free demonstration at my home address There were no pressure on to buy from them everything was straight forward The customer service again was excellent nothing is to much trouble for them My Laser Engraver came as a business in a box with everything to start a business They can also supply some fantastic materials to use with your Laser or you can use other materials If I have a question I just get in touch and everything is done to make sure that I am happy Thank you CSI
