Clarification

Hello Can anyone confirm if when they have CSIS NARPO insurance it does cover pre existing medical conditions and is sufficient cover for P O cruises Thank you

This is my second year with the Civil Service Insurance Society I note that the price has increased but to be fair everything has gone up The process was easy and I do like the fact that you don t have intrusive medical questions as with many other travel insurance companies It seems that they just want to load the premium for any conditions that you may have had for years and is stable I have no experience of making a claim and hopefully never will

Clear concise focused understandable NOT obfuscated

Very short wait to be connected Cheryl took my call and was clear and focused Enough time was spent to explain the key features and exclusions but not so much time as would over-complicate and confuse In other words - establishing an insurance policy over the phone risks misunderstandings but this was mitigated by a well thought-out script concentration on key details and intelligent application The information required from me and my co-insured was limited to what I we could easily remember The documents have arrived and again they are clear as to what the policy covers and what it does not The cover seems to be well thought out and sufficient for ordinary tourism This experience together with the reputation of the provider is re-assuring Enjoyed the call

Repatriation Service very good

Very good support in arranging repatriation to the UK after I broke my ankle Regular contact made and flights and support all organised for us Took the stress out of having to do things for us Follow up claims for other expenses incurred also dealt with in a reasonable manner
