I have two CTEK MXS 5 0 chargers I bought one around 10 years ago for use on car batteries and caravan leisure batteries A couple of years back I bought another one to work alongside the first one as I now have it permanently connected to a classic car I have also used the chargers to recover batteries for other people Excellent chargers and very reliable

Excellent Customer Service Will Keep Me As a Customer

I recently needed to contact CTEK customer service regarding CTEK MUS 4 3 tender I had a number of questions following a couple of tests of a Ferrari branded tender my MUS 4 3 and the new model 5 0 The customer service rep replied to my initial inquiry as well as 4-5 additional emails with facts and advice I have been considering a couple of other brands to replace my MUS 4 3 but given the excellent customer service I received I will be sticking with CTEK

Excellent tech support for CS Free

We ve been team CTEK for over 15 years using their chargers and accessories to take great care of our cars motorcycles mowers and other tools and toys Recently we added the CS Free cordless charger and accessories to our garage evaluated them in a dozen different configurations and decided to also gift this model to each of our adult children for their homes in addition to their current CTEK chargers We leaned on CTEK tech support a couple times this year in July and December and have been grateful for the professional assist Buying reconditioned recertified as we did we would understand if any supplier needs to limit warranty and support but CTEK was all ears open arms and helpful all the way Go team CTEK keep up the good work and we look forward to what the future holds

MXS5 0 T UK Issues

I have had my MXS5 0 T UK for roughly 3 years and the Mode button started playing up you can imagine for the price of it i wasnt too happy I did notice it had a 5 year guarantee so i emailed CTEK and they kindly arranged a replacement much to my suprise and delight it arrived safe and sound Christmas Eve What a great company and a big thanks to customer service I just wish all companies were as good I can now charge my motorcycle and car over the holidays
