I tried to book a repair man and was told they would get back to me 1 week later and numerous phone calls most of which I had to leave a message for and the call was never returned I have still not managed to speak to the right person

Shoddy workmanship immoral company who do not honour warrantees
Disgustingly immoral company Refused to honour warrantee which our lawyer was assured by the company themselves was a 10 year warrantee on the property itself rather than a named owner or developer The work was shoddily and unprofessionally done with double doors that weren t even fixed properly into the structure of the house so within 3 years they are bowing and generally very unstable Customer service has been non existent - we ve been promised call backs over and again for over a month and chased them repeatedly for someone to be sent to inspect find many many faults in the installation and then subsequently they ve decided they will not honour the warrantee When asked for complaints procedure they illegally withheld the information Avoid like the plague

Very good service from start to finish
Very good service from start to finish The initial sales person was very helpful without being pushy The product was of good quality and we particularly love the front door The door installation team were very good despite it not being a straightforward job and made sure we were happy with everything We had a few issues with the windows but our calls to report these were treated with efficiency and courtesy and the issues were quickly resolved leaving us feeling confident that the after sales service would be there if we need it in the future Thank you to all the team
