The shrimp arrived I Two plastic lidded bottles in a box on the box it said fragile Surely it should have said live animals They were posted out 3 days after ordering and arrived in back of a Royal Mail delivery van Needless to say out of the 20 shrimp I now have only 8 left You guessed it the stress has killed them No response from cuaquatics thus far

They do not respond to e-mails

They do not respond to e-mails there is no contact with the seller I reported the poor condition of the shipment and dead fish but I was left with no response On their website they guarantee Live Arrival I wrote several e-mails and was ignored I do not recommend it under any circumstances

Do not use

Do not use Ordered on a Saturday for next day delivery as advertised on their site didn t arrive until following Wednesday and then come in cardboard boxes with a bit of polystyrene no heat insulation and no sign saying live animals - very cruel Also they sent me 8 fish when I only ordered 4 so what am I supposed to do with the extra 4 I don t have space for

Blue Diamond Shrimp

I bought 25 blue diamond shrimp from them and I thought it was a relatively good price but now I realise why They did arrive in about 2 days but the state they arrived in was nothing short of cruel They were in 2 small plastic water bottles wrapped in paper and put in an envelope 17 25 of the shrimp were dead on arrival and it s no surprise considering Do not buy from these people The only reason they are even getting one star is because I contacted them once about the shrimp and was ignored I sent a second email marked urgent and was promised a 70 refund because 70 of the shrimp were dead Although I m still waiting for it to process

When you get sent dead rotting flesh in a shell

Absolutely horrid smelt came out of my package of 2 rabbit snails Read the card and thought maybe it s because they came from a natural environment Dropped them in to a tank only to see all this flesh gunk come out and the smell my goodness it was like rotten eggs and dead flesh Never again is all I will say

45 death rate on arrival

45 death rate on arrival water that the fish came in had extreme levels of ammonia 1 5 ppm the rest died within 24 hours Hoping they ve not infected my aquariam Upon telling them they were dead on arrival there live delivery guarantee was offered if I buy more they will add them in for free in that order how generous I would avoid

Ignored emails refused refund no shrimp

I placed an order on the 3rd of November with the promise of same day dispatch 24 hour shipping After numerous emails ignored I m now asking for a refund which is being refused with an even later delivery date promised more than two weeks since purchase instead an offer of extras AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone The fish I ordered arrived in terrible shape most were dead and the rest were visibly sick Within 24 hours every single one had died When I reached out to the shop they promised to send replacements but what I got was half of my original order and a bunch of fish I didn t even ask for The owner also promised a refund but that never happened Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place
