I have the CC30H raider lawn mower
I have the CC30H raider lawn mower love the lawn mower because I don t have a large property and it s great for that But the customer service has to be the worst first you ll be on hold for at least half hour and then when they finally answer you won t got any help Can t even answer one question like is my product registered I have never gotten help from this customer service

Disappointed with Customer Service at Cub Cadet
Ordered a part from cub cadet on 5-30-2023 no information on when the part they had 20 will be shipped Called on 6-5-2023 tried to get information and placed on hold for 50 minutes waiting for next available agent Then told customer service department is closed to call back during normal hours It was during normal hours Also tried chat with customer service and could not get past the automated response Customer Service needs staff replacement

Not Good
Everything everyone is saying below this is correct I ordered a bagging system for my mower I received no confirmation order I used their website chat a day after ordering and did chat with someone They then emailed me a snip screenshot of my order 3 days later I go online to track the stauts of my order and the tracking system says oops something went wrong Now I can t chat online with anyone and no answering of phone calls Not good

I got an LT50 from Home Depot a couple
I got an LT50 from Home Depot a couple of weeks ago and it was missing a part when delivered Home Depot told me I had to go through Cub Cadet to replace the part or I could return the mower 45 minutes on hold the first time to be told this is a level 2 customer service issue here is their number Two entire 45 minute lunch breaks and now 40 minutes into the third try with no answer If I hit the hour mark today I am hanging up and calling Home Depot to initiate a return I d rather mow my land with a push mower than give my money to company who cares this little about customer service

CUSTOMER BEWARE
purchased a 42 cadet from home depot it has given me problems from 2nd week only 2 yrs old its been in the shop 3 times so far it leaked oil smokes a true piece of junk CUSTOMER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND YOU WILL BE SORRY NEVER AGAIN

The worst company I ve had the pleasure of dealing with They can t even get their financial act together I bought a new riding mower and had it set up for monthly payments and when they didn t take the 1st payment I phoned the dealer The second month I was told and was Reay for the double payment It did not come out of the account and they decided to send me late payment charges of 80 I m still trying to have this resolved and if if doesn t happen soon I will get my down payment back and buy another brand of lawnmower

Terrible customer service
I bought a leaf collecting system from Cub Cadet for a 42 to 46 inch mower but they sent one for a50 to 52 inch deck I have called cub cadet customer service 5 times and was put on hold fo 30 minutes each time with no response Now I dont know what my next step will be other than to contact my credit card co to withhold the payment Like many others I am not happy with cub cadet support system

I called because the 2024 XT1 LT50
I called because the 2024 XT1 LT50 would not start I fought through the AI menu s that kept telling me to look at their online troubleshooting page Finally after 3 calls and 15 minutes on hold I got through After explaining the issue and asking to speak to a technician as I suspect it was just a choke adjustment I was sent to a phone that rang once and hung up This happened twice even after explaining I had been hung up on my last call Cub Cadet get rid of the Artificial Intelligence and hire real people who actually was to work there You could take a lesson from Home Depot as they get Customer SERVICE right

Does not care about the Customer
Does not care about the Customer Purchased a Cub Cadet lawn tractor from Tractor Supply Refused to start when testing in the store so they installed a battery from another tractor sitting on the lot Engine still did not turn over well but it started First six months of usage the tractor barely started and most times wouldn t Called Cub on four separate occasions and they wanted me to take it to a service center 95 miles away Decided to replace battery on my own and wallah the tractor started great Talked to Cub about picking up the tab for the new battery but they refused Said I didn t following proper protocol Kept explaining it would cost more to rent a trailer haul the tractor 180 miles round trip Told them to just write a check and I would be satisfied They calculated the value of the battery at 20 since it had been eight months from when the tractor was purchased Still want me to drive 180 miles round trip to have their certified service center declare it is a bad battery I had the battery checked out by Batteries and offered a signed affidavit in leu of traveling almost 200 miles for 20 Cub again refused So instead of just sending a check for 20 they now have an angry customer who will never purchase a Cub Cadet product again Absurd Furthermore their customer service reps are very rude and constantly interrupt I was promised on four separate occasions that a supervisor manager would call me in 24-48 hours but it never happened Cub Cadet did everything they could to not honor the warranty I can t believe how petty they are over 20 I really wanted to be compensated for the bad battery that came with the tractor and I would have been a very very satisfied customer What a pity they lost a customer forever Next time honor your warranty and own it
