Reviews For Lowell Storage 20 Duren ave Lowell Mass 01851December 2 2019To whom it may concern I have been renting from your previous owner since he opened up fifteen years ago Cubesmart took over and I like everything about your services except for the price AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY INDICATED However there is one thing that makes me feel good when I enter my storage units all three of them is when I pass by the gate or when I enter the office and I pay my bill and the marvelous treatment I get from one of your employees by the name Tricia Hernandez Her smile her welcoming treatment her attitude her cheerfulness and above all her professionalism is above and beyond anything superlative The truth is that I do not feel the burden of payment but instead I feel that I am home suite home Allow me to give credit where credit is due because such a person can make a big difference in human relationship and this is the kind of people we need to make the world a better place to live in Thank you Michael S Benlian

I rented a weather proof indoor heated unit for my mother for almost a year with cubesmart It was a little pricey but worth every penny We rented a unit in Sturbridge Ma and the facilities are clean well gated The employees are all friendly Would definitely rent from them again

I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism that I experienced for my storage unit The units are clean and cameras everywhere I felt safe Very accommodating I was given an upper storage unit and requested to change to a lower one It was not problem at all to switch I highly recommend

KUDOS to CubeSmart Winter Park South FL store
Today 1 11 2020 was a big day for me at CubeSmart I officially moved out of my storage When I asked Mr Delgado the manager of store site 0429 at Winter Park South Florida how long I have been a customer at this site he stated since 2016 Boy where does time go He stated that based on my record I have been a customer in good standing and he thanked me I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone who wants to feel safe with their belongings that are being watched by reliable folks like Mr Delgado They keep up with maintenance and cleanliness of the surroundings A pleased and satisfied customer Gloria

I rented a storage unit from Shawn at store 230-8930 E Hampden Ave Denver CO He is such a great guy He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful He and Mary keep the place clean and in good order I am extremely happy with this facility and highly recommend it if you are looking for a good clean storage space with outstanding customer service Thank you Shawn
