Paid for a website to be designed and developed and didn t deliver Zero communication or explanation as to why they did not fulfil the task but thought it okay to keep the money that was paid in good faith

Was looking for a logo for our new business Got into contact with a Noman Khan who was eager to take the money but then after recieving payment got 1 reply every 2-4 days Work quality was so poor and unprofessional and we was told our ideas were childish Through all this we stayed polite and kindly asked for a refund which we was ignored at first and now Noman is just refusing completely
