What a pleasure
The nightmare started when I moved into my new flat and got in touch with Cubro First I had a call with MK who is responsible for the German distribution He seemed to be nice even though he was at parts a bit pushy calling me unasked on my privat number I soon sent him my reference kitchen picture 1 which never changed from the very first call we had May 12th Already in that call I mentioned I wanted it all off white like in the reference He ensured that it wouldn t be a problem Now I needed some time to plan order Ikea and do the rest This took a while and back and forth as I had to move electricity and water from one wall to another paint the apartment make decisions about dish washer Here is a timeline of what happened afterwards bare in mind I have no kitchen throughout the time 3 6 final Ikea order and got an offer of Cubro8 6 i payed the whole project after that there was a change in dynamics MK didn t answer calls or emails14 6 I sent the reference kitchen the third time saying I want it to look like thatFrom 14 6 - 22 6 I got not no answer on any channel This was really trouble since I had workers in my flat building up the Ikea part of the kitchen and they needed to know wether to cut the bottom of the kitchen or not there are tubes on the wall As I didn t know better I told them not to cut This resulted in some parts including the countertop had to be 10 cm bigger which isnt a normalized size Since i didn t know and couldn t reach MK it became significant more expensive I was offered a discount later but I still couldn t effort it 22 6 I wrote him a message asking if I had to be worried as since I payed I never got a reply from anyone ever since Only after a later mail saying I wanted a refund I got the following SMS Hey Leo just saw your nice message I allowed myself to take a few days off There will be extra costs now why didn t they cut the Ikea stuff Taking a few days of is ok however having a leave-note including an emergency contact shouldn t be a problem as a professional 23 6 another offer which I confirmed same day28 6 new drawing signed it as i expected it to be like the reference12 7 I get a message that there has been confusion about the offer as there was the wrong material listed got the new documents 13 7 14 7 I asked how this happened since I never wanted another material than the one I referenced from day one and he said that he didn t had to explain to me again what I signed and how they were easy going with me He also said he now WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY MAILS ANYMORE from me and referenced the AGB which I signed 21 7 I got the documents and signed them expecting it to be the reference I asked for 12 8 My kitchen gets delivered left the parts untouched for a week since they need to fully dry 16 8 I saw that the drawer handles where in another color than the rest see picture This came as a huge surprise since I never asked for it When I asked about it MK told me to read the contract again Details Griffausf hrung Eiche Details Drawers Oak which I didn t understand since I never asked for it info was hard to find picture I now have a metal countertop with white fronts and wooden drawers which looks worse than any Ikea front I asked if there was anything we could do about it MK said he would ask and come back to me This is now one month ago I tried to call wrote several mails and even made call appointments which got instantly canceled I think I haven t ever treated more badly as customer especially from a company I payed thousands of Euros I totally understand how I was not an easy customer at all and also not the biggest financial job but simply ignoring difficult customers really leaves me with a horrible feeling

Accepted payment but service not provided
Cubro was previously offering a paid for service for 60 to provide the IKEA design list of products for you The designer didn t seem to be aware of this And I kept asking for the IKEA plan and he kept sending me inspiration photos in different colours from the ones I d asked for I felt we were going in circles They say they amended my own IKEA plan which I clearly stated I had just quickly pulled together to roughly show the sort of layout I was thinking of and which I expressly asked them not to touch Although I can t really tell what they ve done they still left the obvious mistakes I d made They readily accepted the 60 but haven t refunded it despite not providing the plan They don t appear to offer this service anymore and our contact didn t even seem to be aware of it I d like to think this was an honest mistake and poor internal communication I wouldn t trust them with a kitchen if they can t even get this right

Disappointing Experience with Cubro Poor Communication and Quality Control
Our experience with Cubro was disappointing We dealt with numerous contacts often unsure who would respond to our emails They required partial payment before we even spoke to a designer Once we finally consulted with the designer we found out that some of our ideas weren t feasible despite the sales representative assuring us that we could do whatever we wanted and that the designer would address any concerns When the doors arrived and installation began we noticed two doors had a noticeably different color than the others This was particularly problematic on the high structures where the color mismatch was obvious from every angle We sent photos to request replacements but they claimed the color would even out over time which feels unprofessional While some color variation is understandable our mismatch is severe and in an area where continuity is essential It was poor planning on their part not to ensure consistent color across these panels I wouldn t recommend them especially if post-purchase issues arise

Not easy to go through the process if you are not based in Spain and you are not an architect
I am not an architect but I decided to buy CUBRO fronts for my new IKEA Kitchen and wardrobe based on what I have seen on instagram Based on my experience I would not recommend the experience The assistance and service provided in the buying phase has been poor and even rude I felt uncomfortable in asking things and solutions have never been provided I had to ask myself for things in order to receive answers Ex how the process work how fillers could be installed if customized shelves could have been realized etc etc The account following me put me in a rush several times and once even told me that prices were going to change if I didn t confirm on the same day The experience got better after I confirmed the order and was supported by Ana However I believe post purchase service could be better Ex I had to find myself guides on installations on their website an email with guidelines could have been appreciated wardrobe fillers were supposed to come with raw wood for installation and didn t Overall the product is great and I am happy about the choice but I can confirm that competitors Plum Superfront etc offer a more understandable intuitive and supportive service for people that are not from the field

Mixed feelings
Our experience with Cubro is a mixed bag The overall interaction with both sales and design teams was friendly and helpful but we faced some issues that impacted our satisfaction We felt some pressure to finalise the design and make the payment quickly yet there were numerous points of confusion during the planning phase due to the lack of a dedicated project manager Since we had to navigate the design process with IKEA separately the disconnect made it difficult to determine which appliances were compatible After double checking we were given the go-ahead by Cubro for a specific dishwasher which later turned out to be incompatible Our joiner struggled for a whole day trying to fit it and we ended up having to sell it privately buy another and absorb the costs We were only informed about acclimatisation period at the last minute which also delayed the installation longer than anticipated and it was fortunate that we had enough space to lay out the entire kitchen for several days Some pieces arrived in the wrong sizes requiring a second courier delivery And still a drawer front was missing which meant we had to keep rearranging the joiner Cubro were helpful and accepted the fault but this all delayed the project and cost us money The joins in the worktop feel unfinished unprotected and we have not been able to align the fronts perfectly which I find bothersome Additionally the oak veneer is already showing signs of wear on the edges and corners after just a few months While the kitchen doesn t quite have the premium quality I expected the price was a lot lower than some of the other options So overall Cubro offers decent value but there are definitely areas that need improvement
