So HAPPY to be in this adventure of health and vert good stuff

Filters of purifier not replaced

Recently a technician explained that the water purifier would produce 2 to 5 liters of waste water to produce 1 liter of purified water As soon as the 5 liter level is reached the filters should be changed I have noticed that my system is producing almost 6 liters of waste water for 1liter purified water Upon requesting Culligan to replace the filters no reply has been received Moreover I noticed on a Culligan website that according to European regulations the filters should be replaced at least once a year This has mot been done I do pay a monthly service fee but seem to get very little service for it

The person who have made the clean is friendly and cool he give us good explanation Just one point to say the service is a little expensive
