Received a defective item despite explicitly requesting to check it prior to dispatch Cultizm flat out refused to take any responsibility even after the manufacturer confirmed that these are not manufacturing defects After several attempts to find a resolution Cultizm simply cut off communication Edit Received a 10 refund without any confirmation email

Probably the worst online retailer

Probably the worst online retailer service ever I made a purchase of about 580 and after 3 weeks waiting for the delivery I sent an email to the customer service asking an update They replied by saying that I did refused the delivery lie and they needed to complete the shipping analysis to make the refund and it could take 6-8 weeks what So I spoke to the currier fedex and they confirmed Cultizm asked for the return and they didn t inform me about the delivery because I had a Spanish phone number and they were delivering the purchase to Italy So after a month Cultizm still didn t refund my money and ask me to keep on waiting for about their mistake

Horrible customer service

I had an issue with the item I ordered when I contacted customer service about it they were extremely dismissive and flippant Had to literally take them to court to get a refund which I did eventually receive All in all horrible customer service experience

Brilliant shop Christian in Customer Services is a real gentleman giving first class email responses Based in Germany Cultizm stock the best of Pike Brothers Schliesser Revival and cult Danish brands as well as the French Arpenteur and a selection of US makers I ve always been impressed by their fast service reliable stock levels and courtesy A really cool first class internet shop who do it all right and have great communication A

Excellent European German retail

Excellent European German retail shop I ve given up with a lot of the shoddy UK based larger companies who are unreliable and take customers for granted and started shopping further afield Cultizm are amazing - first class curating of high quality manufacturers - excellent delivery service and A customer service Highly recommended This is a real gem of a store in Germany British shops should take a few lessons in etiquette from their neighbours in Europe
