No return service

I received 3 items yesterday and one item is too small i requested a return label and have received an email stating my return request is under review Surely I should not have to wait indefinitely for a simple return label Particularly as there is a 14 day return policy and I have followed up with an email to customer services to receive an automatic response stating that all emails will be dealt with in 48 hours I am leaving the country today and need to return the item but am unable to do so Not good service

I purchased an item and upon receiving the package it was empty It had been opened with a knife and the item was removed Contacted customer support and no response was provided This company does a disservice to the small businesses and alleges that it supports
