to be honest disappointed with long shipment

to be honest I am confused with when I will receive my order when I placed the order it says get it by XX certain date and when that date came the parcel didn t show up and now over a week passed by still no show I was excited when I placed the order and thinking I will receive the product soon but it was disappointing if it is an international website I won t except to receive anytime soon but it is an Australian com au website so thought they may with some stocks locally that s why it claimed receive by certain date Updated the review - CS has been very helpful I have received my parcel and I had a few questions while using the product CS has been assisting me with every question Very pleased with the customer service

I will give 5 stars to CurrentBody for their handling of the replacement of my Ziip Hallo Facial device I bought the device in early April and had to return it by the beginning of May due to the melt charger cable which fused the port of the device When I first emailed CurrentBody to report the issue and I got reply within few hours then I was guided to return the device They asked me to email them the tracking number and they would express shipping the replacement to me once they saw the parcel was in transit I received a brand new replacement in a week I really had a very pleasant dealings with CurrentBody in particular with Morgan of CurrentBody Thank you Morgan of CurrentBody

First time shopping with Current Body and pleasantly surprised at how on top of things they were My order was kept up to date and I knew exactly when delivery would be The products I ordered arrived in perfect condition and I m extremely happy with them Will definitely shop again with CB in future

High quality products

I purchased the item while it was on special offer The product is very lightweight and does not cause any burden on the hands during use Additionally two adapters are included as a bonus Overall the product works well and I will continue to use it hoping to improve the fine lines on my face

Great customer service

The communication from the team at current body was fantastic My purchase was delayed in transit and they kept me updated that they were monitoring the delivery It was amazing to see that they didn t just wipe their hands clean after it was dispatched from their warehouse and that they obviously have an invested interest in looking after their customers I purchased the ZIIP halo which I have have been eyeing off for a while now and I am very happy with my purchase so far Will definitely be purchasing from them again

I had a issue with product Current body sorted quickly

Product charged but lost charge overnight Wasn t holding charge Asked for a replacement was told to send back at my cost Now not answering my email about whether I get or how to arrange a replacement Edit Elin contacted me straight away and sent a new device that was delivered within days Very happy

Love it

I bought the lip perfector after noticing how plumped my lips appeared and felt after laying my LED face mask over them I do wish the device came with an optional strap to help hold it in position but it isn t hard to hold in place It really works I love the results

Just gifted my mum with the CurrentBody mask She has had several surgery s and has some scars and was interested in purchasing one so finally treated her for her birthday And she is very happy only used it for a week now and she has noticed some improvement in her skin Will do another review in some time to tell the results
