Terrible service and quality - would not recommend
I ordered a white Deadpool sweatshirt having seen the company on TikTok I m 5 7 so ordered a size small which according to the size chart should fit me I wanted the item for a trip i was going on and so paid for shipping on top of the price already I ordered on August 3rd and it said that processing should take max 7 days and another 12 days to ship to the UK and this is business days So it should have been here with max wait time on the 29th The order was processed quickly so i only had 12 more days to wait but it never got shipped The customer service was poor with my emails never getting replied to and i was told they could not ship the order because my house doesn t have a number even though that is completely out of my control My event was after the time it should have been delivered by and it didn t even arrive in time for that Eventually my order was finally delivered to me on the 7th of September - over a month later The quality is appalling it does not fit and i can t imagine it would fit most people my height let alone 5 9 which according to the size chart it should the arms are tiny and too short and the torso is huge The design is slanted and of poor quality with stitches not done properly I have now emailed the support team 3 times to try get a refund as it says to do on the website and i have not had a reply I m very upset and considering this cost me 29 i m even more disgusted All i wanted was a cute jumper and i now feel robbed and annoyed seeing as if they ever do reply to me it will probably cost me more money to send it back It specifically says in the website trusted by millions lord knows who they re talking about because this was shocking Terrible service and terrible quality would not recommend reply My order is number 6997 and all I would like is a full refund Thank you

Not quite a scam but not great
Ordered on 6th August the item did not arrive until October I received no response to multiple emails and contacting of the brand via different social media s trying to understand when item would arrive

Disappointing to say the least
I regret buying from cute Thread as I ordered A Deadpool and a wolverine jumper for both my boyfriend and myself I ordered this on the 12th of August and from the tracking system was told it would take maximum two weeks to arrive to me About three weeks in I checked the tracker and it turns out the warehouse was holding the item for at least five days I contacted them by email and received no response I waited around early September to email again and ask for a chase I had no response then contacted my bank and they gave me a refund I got my item delivered at the end of September The manufacturer details of the items were not great and I can t wear my Hoodie because of the tightness of the Hoodie despite me picking a large May I also point out I am not a large person I just like wearing large clothes So for me to not be able to wear the jumper due to tightness and the item clearly not being a large it s a disappointment that I can t wear it I also ordered a small for my boyfriend and got a medium I ve also now had the merchant ask for the money back and has charged me once more for the products which were meant to show up three weeks after ordering and turned up almost 2 months late While I appreciate I did actually end up perceiving the goods in the end the goods were not up to standard and the waiting time was longer than expected I feel as though I ve wasted 70 to get a product I cannot wear I feel lied to And I am disappointed by the customer service I did not receive I would appreciate my refund back as this is Inexcusable and has left a bad taste in experience with this company

Order took about 4 months to arrive Then no response to return
Order took about 4 months to arrive from July Waited very patiently then the sizes are way to small in comparison to normal sizing Contacted for a refund to send the item back as per the 120 day guarantee on their website only to be ignored after sending in 10 emails Extremely disappointed My order was 6542 I d appreciate a refund before taking it any further

I did three orders around a month and a half 2 months ago and one came and the size was too small the other two days it s delivered but it isn t I wouldn t recommend buying these hoodies as I think it s a scam as I haven t got my hoodies I paid for I would like a refund

I have ordered the 1st of decembre i have received the tracking link the 2nd of d cembre and then the track didn t move since this day My order is the 10175 it was suppose to be a priority processing because it was a christmas gift and now I am not sure if it can be on time I tried to join th me but no answer I hope that it will arrive

I ordered 3 hoodies November 30th 2024 December 5th a shipping label was created and status was ready to ship It is now December 16th I have sent 5 emails the last 5 days and have not gotten an email back and I m starting to think this company is a SCAM Buyer BEWARE

This place is a total scam
This place is a total scam I paid for two hoodies on October 18th They asked me to confirm my address before shipping I confirmed my address for them and they replied asking me there still was a problem and I would have to confirm again This happened 6 times I kept confirming the address for them it showed a comical amount of ineptitude and terrible customer service Over a month later after demanding they refund my money they sent me a very curt email stating they sent my items out finally No other info was given I ve asked for a tracking number got not response Asked again still no response Nothing has arrived at my address and I m out nearly 80 It has been months since the purchase This place sucks save your money and buy from a business that actually knows what they re doing

Terrible Ordered November 30th 10 to 15 days I should receive my products by there guide Xmas eve and the product according to the tracker hasn t left the depo 10 days before it apparently even left the seller no reply to emails Absolute joke

So I pay for priority processing to get my shipment faster because i had a deadline before leaving the country I even calculated the max time it could take for both processing and then delivery I tried to ask the company if it was going to make it before x date but their customer support is non existent No answer for a week and now the package has been delivered and i explained my situation They had the nerve to ask why i wanted a refund and then ghost me I contacted 3 more times still no response And the funny part is the policy literally says guaranteed refund within 120 days NO QUESTIONS ASKED Not only did i waste money on the priority processing but my shipment came extremely late Like please do better The least you can do is respond on a timely manner to make it seem like you care about your customers
