We placed an order from Cape Town as a gift to our son in the UK on his birthday Regrettably the 3rd Party logistics company failed to deliver on the designated day missing his birthday However Gaby Kiwi at Cutter Squidge managed our disappointment with great professionalism despite this being out of her direct control This type of professional response to customer satisfaction is extremely welcome Despite the delivery issue we remain a customer to their great quality product
