Really pleased with the bench

Really pleased with the bench that I have bought it fits in beautifully with my garden The communication from the company was very impressive keeping me up to date when the delivery driver was delayed because of traffic problems Also although I wasn t in when the bench was delivered and had asked that it be left on the back lawn the driver used his initiative and put it under the pergola on the gravel which was exactly its planned position Also the time between ordering and delivery was only a week

We can t say enough good things about both Cyan-teak-furniture as a company and also about the products that they sell Nothing is too much trouble for them every member of staff is friendly and helpful and the benches we bought were of such a high standard and really great value for money We only wish there were more companies around like them It was a pleasure buying from them Highlands Primary School Redbridge

Good quality 5ft Teak bench There was a slight issue in that a flat pack bench arrived whereas I ordered a pre assembled bench but customer service were very efficient and swapped it within 1 business day Highly recommended no messing about having to put the bench together

High quality furniture reasonably priced made to last

Just purchased a 1 2m Clivedon Teak Garden Bench to compliment the Canfield Dining Set I bought about 4 years ago The customer service person I spoke to was knowledgeable about their product range and was pleasant and sociable which always helps in these days of speaking to machines The Canfield Dining Set has had to endure some awful weather over the last few years yet is is still as robust and usable as the day I bought it Looking forward to my Garden Bench to arrive and hopefully some sunny weather to accompany it If you have any concerns about the product I believe that Cyan now have a showroom to showcase many of their products - it s well worth taking a look and a feel before parting with your money

6 Teak bench delivered today ordered two weeks ago delivered as and when they promised Staff easy to deal with on phone and delivery driver excellent the quality looks very good and I certainly have no issues as yet but time will tell however I fully expect this one too see me out Would I recommend As of today certainly
