The online process to select and build the PC was easy and informative - calling customer support to clarify a few things was quick and easy The machine arrived in good time and was well packed Unfortunately there was an issue with it which meant it had to be returned for a fix - this was done without fuss and the turnaround time was quick - no issues since and i d happily have confidence to purchase again

There was a slight delay sending out the order Good communication and a free mouse padNew PC arrived - well packagedIt s up and running - there are a lot of updates when booting up a new PC as expectedEverything is running great so far edit just adding that i ve played Indiana Jones and Cyberpunk - super fast and smoothI can really tell the difference with my old system but the old system was 6 5 years old

Ordered a gaming PC with the spec to play msfs 2024 Nice build needed help with some of the wiring when assembling due to it coming loose when I removed the packing needed for transit but rang the company and received all the assistance I needed to plug the wiring where it needed to go
