Exchange process for valuation was clear and worked well Offer was fair and prompt Arrangements for drop off and collection were very efficient The delivery inspection was completed by David a very experienced and knowledgeable cyclist He gave me a very useful briefing on the new bike Overall experience was excellent This is my second positive experience with cycle exchange My son was also impressed and has purchased from CE himself

Amazing Bike Amazing Service

Being an online customer I didn t get the pleasure of the caf the workshop or a face to face service but that doesn t make you feel any less of a valued customer From start to finish the team were helpful patient accommodating and proactive to any query or challenge I had and I had a few thank you for such a smooth process from purchase to delivery can t fault it As for the bike I know it says pre-used but this looked as new as the day it was built with only the slightest sign of having been ridden maybe once or twice You will not get better value for money Anywhere
