REAL FRAUDS DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT OPEN WHEN IT IS MONDAY 10AM I CONTACTED THEM ON 44 20 80893793 AND THEY SAID THERE NOT OPEN THROUGH ANSWER MACHIENEThey all frauds you should only book through direct air line flights I mean like direct through emirates and ethihad United airlines they will refund you or leave open the ticket to change another day not through Skyscanner etc etc they don t refund you back bloody theifs look at the fake reviews the workers have left

This company is horrible You can not get in contact with them they have no phone number And even with covid they do not care about there customers They take you re money and don t even issue you at least a credit for your flight that you paid for if your affected by covid or any emergency They are seriously the worst airline company I ve dealt with

They didn t checked me in as they said

They said that they will make the check in for me There were 24h left until my flight and they didn t I called them and only then they checked me in promising that they will make the check in for the return flight Again they didn t And there was 10 00 PM my flight was the next day at 7 00 AM and I was not checked in I tried to call them they were not opened because they don t have a 24 7 call center as they should have Lucky for me that I was able to do my check in on the airline company website DON T BUY TICKETS VIA LUCKY2GO

Such a deceitful booking app

Such a deceitful booking app I paid extra amount immediately what they asked to extend the ticket and now they asking more money in which I can get another flight both sides I have lose my 800 just for one side Don t book your ticket by this site I m so frustrated

They seem so nice and affordable

They seem so nice and affordable but are evasive with actual ticket information and refuse any refund they are more expensive than booking direct with the airlines

Urgent my flight leaves tomorrow and i have requested a refund or change of flight so many times

Update I received an automated email saying I had to pay 632 40 AUD for my flight to be changed this is outrages when booking the flights I made sure I payed the extra fee for flexible flights so I could change the dates as I wasn t sure of the exact dates I needed to be in America Of course you can t email them back because it s just an automated email if I don t get my flights changed within the next couple of hours I m going to have to report you this is not ok I am not paying the extra fee So change my flights or give me a refund as I have requested several times Urgent I need to change my flight date from the 21 04 22 to the 31 07 22 or get a refund asap my booking number is 7160130425 I have contact luck2go several times via email and you are not replying There is no customer service number that I can contact I contacted Condor airline at Zurich airport they cannot change the date of my flight until it is verified by lucky2go This service is extremely disappointing and I would like you to resolve these issues as soon as possible Please contact me on my Swiss number on 0767489311 or my Australian number on 0428865538 If i do not receive any response within the next 24 hours I will report this company

Flight no 7160130425After more than six weeks dealing with automated replies I am bejound frustrated If lucky2go had dealt with my daughters request of flight credit or change of date six weeks ago she wouldn t of lost 900 00 And no airline ticket Instead my daughter finally received another automated email 2 days before departure to pay 600 00To change her flight that is outrageous I understand flights can t be refunded However my daughter was entitled to a flight credit I m deeply disappointed with lucky2goCustomer service and communication I am doubting the legitimacy of this company

I purchased a ticket on the 06 07 2022 for the flight booking number 7616879369 I did not receive the boarding pass the same day I went for COVID-19 test I tested positive I sent them to cancel my bookings and explained to them what happened I received automatic email until I received the boarding pass on the 9th July 2022 I sent the email the same day and attached my COVID-19 results They sent me automatic email I tried to send again I still received the automatic email Can you please pay back my money Thanks
