Received my item no problem but was charged 40 taxes and charges for a 130 pair of trousers D2 don t seem to cater for UK customers and new tax laws unlike 1000 s of online retailers in the EU who cover these charges There s no mention of this whatsoever on the website which is alarming and I was very surprised to receive this large bill from FedEx Furthermore I ve contacted D2 through the online form and have heard absolutely nothing back I d love to receive a reply and have these charges fully or partially reimbursed If you re based in the UK they may as well block our purchases as extortionate charges on top of your order means there s no possible reason to order from them even if a sale is on my reason for purchase

I just received an extra bill for 38 for customs duties and taxes after receiving this item I would have liked to know that there is this charge to pay for british customers this has now become a very expensive purchase and would have been chesper to buy locally

Great people but customer service is not good
The people are very friendly and kind but the customer support is not the best i have been trying to return one of my orders and I ve sent countless emails without responses the ones that get a response are great but then they don t respond anymore This is a very stressful ordeal
