slow shipping and item not worth the money

After slow shipping of 7 days instead of advertised 2 i got an unusable christmas tree worth 400 EUR in small text on dadolo website says that the tree is missing the main component which is the backbone of the whole tree that makes the tree absolutely worthless contacted the customer service and they pointed to the small text is like buying a car without wheels and that was mentioned in small text returned the box and awayting refund payed 32 EUR return shipping for this bad experience Not recomended to do busines with them Merry Christmas

Dreadful service - product not shipped despite being told it was shipped - chased - still not shipped - chased again - apparently shipped then sent back Asked for shipping tracker multiple times - still not given - This is now 2 weeks late Avoid

Slow delivery - bad tracking - bad experience

Delivery way slower than indicated on the website International website erroneously displays estimated delivery date for local area - for us it took 13 days which could be acceptable if you are not expecting Express 3 days delivery Also no valid tracking system hence impossible to get details up to the delivery day when the delivery truck driver calls you to tell he is coming within 3 hours Would not recommend and will not order again
