I would give these a s clowns a zero if I could I ordered a set of adjustable dumbells from them I received a confirmation e-mail stating that I would get tracking info shortly 2 weeks go by nothing I send an e-mail requesting tracking info Another week nothing I send another e-mail I send one more e-mail and still get no reply DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I ordered 2 sweaters and 1 t-shirt When I got the order the T-shirt was missing Then contacted customer service and one Lynn had responded to my email and would find out how this could be done Then I didn t hear from them at all I have sent 5 more emails myself and they don t respond anymore Very disrespectful

Great products abysmal customer service and I really do mean ABYSMAL
When everything is smooth it s a great store However you can only be as good as how you act in response to customer issues In my case I have a monogram print jacket purchased mid December which has an inactive invalid tracking generated and has still yet to arrive Multiple attempts to contact them via email and social media have yielded no response This was my 2nd online purchase first being all smooth and I m seriously put off from ordering again Thankfully I purchased via credit card so getting my money back via chargeback will be possible if necessary but I d rather have my item quite honestly I d advise anyone purchasing online to use a credit card for the added purchase protection in case of similar issues to mine and many others The London store is brilliant however definitely head there

Received random products 4 months later still no refund
Horribe horrible customer service I ordered 27th of October and received only one of the products I ordered together with 4 other random products Not my size not even close to what I had ordered I tried to email call and reach the Two whole months later I finally made some contact somebody picked up the phone I had to send photo s of what I received but had to try really hard to get a returnlabel to return the products for free which I didn t want We are now 4 months past my order date and I STILL haven t seen any money In the meantime I am completely ignored by customer service

Terrible customer service I have emailed them 3 times and called customer services multiple times and nothing I waited over two weeks for a very expensive jacket to arrive which was left on my doorstep in the evening and now nowhere to be seen I also emailed Daily Paper before the jacket had arrived to see why I had not received any notification about shipping delivery and also received no response then either So now I have spent 220 on a jacket I don t have and am getting ignored by the company

I ordered Daily Paper washed black hacid pants for my wife The look and color are great Whe she put it on the corner of the pocket immidiately tore Next day during the walk the stitch between the legs tore completely while she was just walking It seems the fabric is very poor quality because if I lift the pants by the rip the stitch continues to tear

They make you pay the return Ordered a 50 eur item that didn t fit and despite living in Amsterdam but not allowed to return the item in-store I paid 8 eur to return it NEVER AGAIN - after checking with people and reading this I wish I d done it sooner - general opinion this brand is a joke

Didn t deliver refused to refund asked me to reverse the chargeback and then they would refund
I ordered my order on the 2nd July order number DPUK38048 The ordered said delivered it was not I spoke to customer service yet they are just saying investigation and will take 5 working days Today is the 6th and I am left with no parcel and have been charged 104 Super disappointed I am a loyal customer who has shopped in store many times Customer service have straight up ignored many of my emails UPDATE the company finally responded after ignoring me for 2 months they asked me to remove my credit card chargeback and then they can refund me Obviously I don t trust this and will not do so Ridiculous request

Ordered clothes where 2 of them where damaged that could happen I requested a refund which they promised me on the 10th of July about giving me a return label It s 11th of Aug 4 messages from my side further and I don t have had any response from them yet
