Ordered a tutu from this company for my daughters first birthday and was hoping to wear it for her christening but after 1 hour it bunched up and the material wouldn t pull back down the only place for it now is the bin For the price of them I really thought the company would have been some bit apologetic but they didn t offer any apology or compensation Stay away at all costs

Rude dismissive owner
This company needs to work on customer relations I was sold a tutu that did not match the sample colour that I ordered from so now I was out of pocket by 70 as the item could not be used for its intended purpose When I bought this up with the owner she told me there is a no refund or exchange policy I had no choice did give her prior warning that if we couldn t resolve the matter between us I would have to escalate the matter with the appropriate authorities She told me to go ahead I contacted consumer protection who informed me I am entitled to a refund exchange or repair under consumer law as the end product did not match the sample model I raised this with the owner She still denied wrong doing quoting from her business page that sample colours may change which is against the law I left a review on her business page page with photos which she again argued the point that it clearly states on her website that colours can change no exchange or refund I opened a dispute with PayPal where she rudely tried to make me out to be a liar The pictures where there to view that the colours were completely different Eventually she begrudgingly accepted the dispute via PayPal I was given a refund with a note along side it saying keep your rants off my page She meant my honest valid review of my experience with her business products Save yourselves the headache stay clear This tutu was for my wedding in which she was fully aware Colours need to be correct I expect to get what I asked for paid for as well as been treated respectfully

I am truly gobsmacked with the negative feedback below People seem to only write feedbacks when they aren t happy I am absolutely in LOVE with the hairbands that I got and the tutu I won t be using tutu till Lyla is one but so so excited for her to wear the hair bands this weekend They are simply stunning- I actually found this business through a friend- her little daughter had the head band and I said I defo need one The owner is so so lovely and was patient with me even when I had melt down about worrying if it will arrive on time

Beautiful Tutus
I ordered 2 tutus for my little girl and could not be happier with them The owner was so lovely to deal with and answered any questions I had in such a nice manner I ordered them at different times but she kindly made sure they were both shipped together and refunded shipping fee for 2nd tutu immediately Such an efficient experience The colours of the tutus were stunning and exactly what I had asked for Already have my eye on hair accessories for my next purchase
