These are dishonest peopleSent wrong sized shoesRefused refund or replacement Offered to let me ship shoes to China at my expense PS Shoes are cheap junk no materials label I could have accepted that since they were inexpensive but the wrong size shoes are worthless

They advertise they are an American company and boots are made in USA I bought a pair of tactical boots When I checked with the bank I discovered the company is chinese The Dallender website has been shutdown I wonder what I will receive if anything 08 24 2024The boots arrived today They are comfortable and do fit My complaint was with their advertising It was misleading at best I was trying to support an American manufacturing effort

I purchased 2 pairs of boots from them Asked on social media are they waterproof safety non slip etc all to which they replied they were great quality made in USA boots onve the order had been made is was clear they were being sent from China which rang alarm bells After 10 days the package arrived as soon as I held the parcel I knew I had been ripped off as the package was so light Boots looked stylish fitted well but the soles were so thin they were almost like expensive bedroom slippers My first venture in the rain confirmed these were definitely not waterproof or resistant If I could give 0 stars I would

Don t Buy Poor Workmanship

After receiving the boots and wearing them for a week one of the shoelace loops broke I contacted customer service and they offered a 8 refund Not satisfied with this they said I could return them at my cost to Chyna which would have cost me almost as much of the boot Needless to say I m stuck with a crappy pair of boots comfortable but crappy workmanship Also after a month a second loop broke DONT BUY THESE SHITTY BOOTS
