Quick easy process
My flight was on the 28th April and I submitted a claim when I got home from the airport A few days later easyjet confirmed they would send a new case out and this was received a week after the flight Only a simple online form to fill in and the answer received quickly Very fast service

Very impressed
Very impressed Suitcase was damaged on return journey 21 8 sent claim on 23 8 direct to DL com and i have received an email today 1 week later to say my claim has been approved and a new suitcase will be dispatched shortly Hopefully i will receive it as swiftly as the claim has been dealt with

Really good experience
I had a really good experience with this service Filled out the form as soon as I could Easy upload of the necessary photos Then had a quick reply to confirm my claim had been accepted and a replacement case was being sent The new case arrived just 2 days later and was a good replacement too Very happy with the service provided Thank you

Replacement Suitcase within 10 days
I was impressed with this service as I was concerned that my damaged suitcase would be useless and I would be left with having to buy another one I only bought the suitcase before going on holiday I filled in the necessary form enclosing all relevant information and photos Within 48 hours I received a reply and a choice of a replacement 10 days from submitting the form I received a replacement suitcase I would definitely advise anyone to pursue their damage through this company It saved me 50 for a replacement

Efficient service
I found my suitcase without a wheel 1 of 4 I didn t claim it at the airport as it was late and I had a tired toddler with me Next day morning Friday I filled in all the details through the website It was easy there are multiple choices that made the process faster Tip if you can t find where to claim your damaged luggage go to FAQ After the form was filled I got directly info that I would receive a replacement item with a choice of 2 options different alternative models Over a weekend on Monday the customer service team sent me an email that everything is in order and I need to wait for delivery Well I m still waiting next day But so far I m happy with the service However it had never happened before with me so I can t compare with other companies

Quick 0 hassle
I had a hard plastic luggage and broke above one of the wheels I didn t realise upon arrival because of the spot I saw it when I tried to put it on the bus I made a claim send pictures and I received a reply the next day confirming that they will send me a replacement I am very satisfied with their quick reply and 0 hassle
