Very bad online customer service

Returns system is terrible email chain of over 10 just for a refund even paid my own return postage of 11 to get the return process started as email process very slow only 2 weeks to return so was vital I sent atmy own cost still waiting for refund don t buy online unless SURE item fits is accurate and won t need to return

Slow to refund

Ordered online and returned the items due to the poor quality Paid via PayPal and they received the items back on 6 12 the refund is still pending because according to PayPal they sent the refund via e cheque which slows down the time the refund is received Not sure why companies think it s acceptable to delay refunds I wouldn t order from them again because of this

I didnt get my shoes and they never answered my email I just payed 55 pounds for nothing I m really angry

Zero customer service

Don t bother buying from this company their customer service is shocking I d never bought anything from them before so specifically asked in store if I could get a refund and return to a different store as I live in a different city The reply was Yes Well it shouldn t have been because turns out they only do exchange or gift card and won t budge on this despite staff error The owner of the company even knows people don t like this no refund policy but isn t changing it Shows how much they care about the customer I feel like they ve robbed me of 75 The fact they won t budge for a staff error is frankly appalling

Shop staff are lovely Had problem with T-shirt returned it for replacement which arrived with printing error Really wanted T-shirt for son now sold out DMS offered me to keep misprinted Shirt and 5 to spend in online shop I politely told them they could keep it Very poor customer services

Typically overpriced

Went in the store checked out some goods Overpriced by a long shot T shirts are so thin they d rip after a couple of washes So its a no from me

Bad Products Prejudiced Bigoted Staff Manchester AVOID

Myself family members have been visiting the Manchester store since it opened up until around January 2024 it s been great Recently the quality of the products have plummeted we ve been lucky if something has lasted 6 months Since the beginning of this year the staff have all been replaced at the Manchester store they re now the most unhelpful arrogant obnoxious bunch that you ve ever met I ve personally raised concerns of clothing not lasting long which they weren t interested in Furthermore I have a family member that has autism visited this store fairly regularly The old staff would accommodate them help them in any way necessary to try on clothes look at different accessories or anything to help create a unique look However these new obnoxious bunch have recently told them that they make everyone uncomfortable are unwelcome that they should shop online instead Who would say that to someone that s disabled in this day age This defeats the object of an alternative store where they re suppose to accept everyone Avoid this store at all costs They have a rival blue banana nearby that offers pretty much the same items without the bad attitude

Don t buy from this site

Bought those boots that are populair and the sole tore within 3 weeks of use The boot itself felt very light en cheap In the end I only got 30 of my money back This site is trash
