Customer services havnt got a clue

Ordered off here and wondered why didn t get my items my payment didn t go through tried to pay but no way to do it i give up future letrers from rhem will be going in the bin

The worst website to try and order anything from that i have had the misfortune to use After over 1hr trying to order something for my mother trying various ways I had to finaly admit defeat Well done Damart you win

Worst Customer Services EVER

The clothes are good quality and reasonably priced but heaven help you if your order goes missing and you need to contact customer services as they are less than helpful and imply it is your fault They work on the theory that the customer is never right Better to try another company that deserves your business

Gone downhill

Recently the goods have been of very poor quality and overpriced If you need to contact them it is a premium number so if you need to return goods send email and they will either arrange a collection or send you a return label at no cost to yourself Have now closed my account

Returned an ordered as shoes didn t fit Can t get access to my online account as there are technical problems which they ve had for over a week and if you need to call them its a premium rate number unless you want to order something then its an 0800 number Complete and utter crooks

I have been a Damart customer for a number of years Until reacently I have had no problems with their goods or customer services Now they seem to have gone down hill all of a sudden I ordered a bra and got sent a dressinggown and now a pair of indigo coloured jeans when I ordered a stonewash pair And some of their clothes are quite fuddy duddy and I am late 70 sI am now looking at other stores

Poor website and stock levels

I too have been a customer of Damart for many years Placed an order last month for leisure and micro fleece trousers - shown in stock on the website but didn t arrive with other items Eventually received email to say they were out of stock Still not in stock and on phoning was told it could be at least another 3 weeks Not happy as they were Christmas presents Oh and just found out they steer you away from their free 0330 phone number to an 0871 number which is not Included in free minutes - beware

Appalling lack of communication from Damart

I ordered a pyjama set on 12th December was told it was on its way A message on 14th December said there would be a short delay with no further details I chased up the order just now to be told casually that it was out of stock and I would have to wait 3-4 weeks That s not a short delay and it was a Christmas present Appalling lack of communication Will not be ordering from Damart again
