Professional knowledgeable and high quality service with a personal touch from start to finish Micken was very patient explaining the work carried out in the 4 rooms of the flat I rent and answering all the questions we had as well as giving advices He and Ben went above beyond when dealing with the damp mould and did more than I expected The quote was very reasonable and my landlord didn t pay additional charges The flat was clean and tidy after the work was finished I would highly recommend and use it again

Micken and his team carried out Mould removal and ventilation install at one of my rental properties in London Micken made the experience hassle free from the beginning to end by contacting my tenants arranging the survey to carrying out the works required to making the property free of Mould and condensation I received several before and after photos as I live abroad this was very helpful I had used a previous company in the past but my letting agent recommended Micken moving forward I will only be using Damp and Mould Solutions
