Fantastic service from Simon and Damp Surveys We needed a second opinion on some moisture readings that came up when we were selling our flat Simon was incredibly knowledgable and diligent he spent over an hour at our property and produced a very detailed report and video Highly recommended

We are not bothered

Called them few times for a survey to our basement area They told me they do not do this kind of service I have to call a lick specialist like a plumber really that will sort out my damp and ground water that is coming through the wall Just to let you dear damp proof specialists we do not have water pipes in this basement With other words they couldn t be bother to have a survey done to my property What sort of company is this I m my experience a cowboy one

Simon carried out a very thorough survey not only the area of the problem of a damp-looking patch on a wall but all parts of our house This was followed with an excellent very full report addressing the problem and giving us guidance to solving it We have complete confidence in the information we have been given and are happy we do not need more scaffolding on the outside of the house All can be tackled inside the house in a very straightforward way I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon to investigate any damp problem
