OMG i love my bag its soo good for school It usually takes 2 weeks to arrive but mine came within 4 days AMAZING

I have changed my review as I understand that Dan and Phil were unprepared for the surge in demand of all their products They sent extra signed postcards and were apologetic and learnt to have capacity for demand for future occasions I admit the quality of their items is fantastic have bought glitter school bag tee-shirt tour hoodie stationery games books etc and they truly delight the recipient permanently not just for a day Went on the tour and it was so much fun Remember my kid s heart rate going through the roof fit bit when they came on stage and a the fans screamed it gave me insight into what The Beatles endured Well done to you guys for bringing funny stories to many growing kids and adults and to Dan for penning his book on depression anxiety etc and getting through it It is proving invaluable Keep being you 3 x

I rushed to conclusions and didn t give them enough time to sort out the emails and orders even though in the back of my mind I thought it may have been because of them being busy but I think they re doing an amazing job they re just busy I apologise for my last review it just takes them awhile to get back to you is all which is okay they re just trying

The shipping can take a while and I don t always get confirmation that something has been shipped but I ve never had an issue with an order I did receive the wrong item once but I simply replied to the customer service email and they fixed it right away they were very friendly The products are always great quality and lovely
