I enjoy these dance workouts They re fun and expressive a way to let go of everything else and just have a good time I love being able to maintain a routine on my own schedule as it is different from everyone else I appreciate the reminders to get moving I love the smaller increments and the decisions to take on the extra time

Really fun up to date dance routines Also great menu planning I like all the motivational things too like reminders scheduling live workouts lots of them There s even face yoga which you would have to pay as much for as the whole dancebit program This is a really well thought out and generous program

I have just started to use Dancebit and I find it so much fun and I am really enjoying it so far I love how they give you the option of doing a 6 minute class up to a 20-30 minute class but encourage you to fill your ring so it adds up to the amount you want to do in a day I can easily do 6 minutes 4 times a day or do a 20 minute class and then get on with my day By the way I am 70 and loving how it makes me feel
