I would give a minus rating if possible The order took weeks to arrive despite the 3-5 days express shipping The clothes were shipped from China not Spain and are of a very poor quality They also do not allow returns on promotional sale items - there is a continuous 50 promotional sale timer that refreshes thereby misleading potential customers and excluding all items from being returned

IT S A SCAM I ordered a jacket on August 25th but it never arrived I have written repeatedly but received no response Three weeks ago I received an email stating that the jacket had been delivered unfortunately in Germany instead of Italy I asked for an explanation but received none and I also provided them with all the screenshots of the order showing that the address I had provided was in Italy Customer service continues to ignore me NOT BUY HEREPs For this they ask - through their Ig stories - to their followers to write false reviews on trustpilot Cause their score is very low

I wish I had read the reviews before allowing my 14 year old daughter to order from this scam of a website Poor customer service terrible return policy if you bought their items during their sale season you can not return them apparently Seems like everything is on sale Cheap quality of material and dress does not fit Customer service responded to one out of four emails AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wouldn t give any stars if i could the brand and website are a complete scam Bought a few products and the quality is awful I received the products after 3 weeks shipped from China in cheap packaging Their social media and website are completely untruthful The links on their website are incorrect as well as all their info Should be illegal Terrible terrible complete SCAM

The worst e-commerce experience I ever made Parts of the order did not arrive and instead of simply returning my money They did not even inform me about the missing items but I had to reach out Now I am trying to get my money back since over a month Absolutely not recommended

I ordered a reversible jacket which turned out to be not reversible Super disappointed that I didn t read the reviews before ordering The quality isn t great but is fine The time to ship is longer than 3-5 days but again isn t unreasonable when coming from out of country They mislead on the sale quality and item descriptions I did leave a review on the item on their site which is conveniently not displaying Buy at your own peril
